You can issue an invoice for your purchase if you act for a company or a plain receipt if your purchase is private. In order to issue invoice, you must fill the adequate data through your order: company name, occupation-objective, address, VAT and Tax office.

 

 

Shipment Methods

We mainly have our deliveries through a private Courier company.
If the courier company doesn't cover your area, we send it through the Greek post office (ELTA). In any of the above, the delivery possibilities are:

In case the product or one of the products you've ordered is not available any more, we'll inform you directly for the new delivery time.

 

Shipment Cost - to be confirmed

For Attica

If your order is over 150 € the shipment cost is free.
If your order is up to 149€, the shipment cost is usually 3€, except special occasions.

For the rest areas of Greece

For orders up to 399€ and weight up to 10kilos, the shipment cost is 10 € .

For orders over 400 € with weight up to 10 kilos, shipping cost is free.
For any orders over 10 kilos, or to long distance areas, we contact with transportation companies and inform you of the best available price.

Outside Greece

We'll e-mail you the exact cost and days of delivery, depending of your area/country.

In any case, you are kindly requested to check carefully the products as soon as you delivery the package for any misplacement or transportation damage. 

 

Order Cancel

You can easily cancel your order until its shipment starts. After your order leaves for your address, you can't cancel it.

If you are to deliver the order from our store, you can cancel it within 24 hours from your order.

 

Products Return

If you want to return your order after the receipt, you must definitely contact our company to confirm it (+302102586450 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) within 10 days from the receipt.

The products must be as the delivery, meaning closed in their boxes and without being used.  You handle the shipping costs and must include copy of the receipt or invoice in the parcel of your order. You get back your order money within 10 days after we receive your order back and we confirm you the products are in returnable condition.

If a product is not operating right, you handle to return it and since its a factory problem we replace it within 2 days with no extra cost, under normal circumstances.  

In case we send you a wrong product, we handle all the shipping costs (return of the wrong one and the replacement's shipment).

IHORAMA.COM has the right to change or add transactions terms. It also has the right to adust the products prices without previous notice.

 

Quarantee

All our products are accompanied by quarantee of fine operation from their producer. For the quarantee period, all the necessay service and materials needed, according the producer's quarantee are provided, for any damage that are not caused by the use. For the quarantee, you must submit us with the payment receipt or invoice together with the product.

After the quarantee period, if you face any problem you are welcome to contact us at IHORAMA.COM. We'll arrange the day you bring the product to our company and we'll check it carefully and propose you the best way to fix it with the original adequate materials. For any other technical explatations, info or assistance you are also welcome to call or e-mail us.

 

Search engine

You can find all our products through the "SEARCH" choise, either through the choise "SEARCH" on the top of our home page, or by searching to the categories your product belongs. Moreover, through specialized search you can fill the special characteristis and it'll help you find the product you're looking for.

 

Purchase Basket

In your Basket you have the ability to add products you're not intending to buy them directly.  You choose the quantities by typing the number you wish and press "Refresh".
If you want to take out a product, press "Delete"  and then "Refresh",
If you want to buy a product directly, you move it to the "Wish List" from the Basket, by the appropriate button-choise.
By "Back" choise, you go back to the e-shop to continue your search.
By "Order" you start the purchase procedure.

At the top of the home page you can always see your Basket's content, so as to be able to check the products, quantities and cost you've chosen through your search.
